The Business Report brings together NPS and activity data for all locations into a visual, sortable format. Use the Business Report to view a single location’s performance. You can also sort by the following:
- Business Name
- Business ID
- NPS
- Requests Sent
- Opens
- Open Rate
- Feedback Received
- Feedback Rate
- Review Clicks
- New Reviews
- Total Reviews
Business Report Key Features and Functions
- Download the CSV file for a business location level report
- Sort each data column in ascending or descending order
- Ability for multi-locations to only display specific label(s) in the report
- Date range selection including custom date range
- Save/print as PDF
- Keyword search box
How to access the Business Report
- Log in to your RevU account.
- From the menu go to Reports > Business Report. By default all businesses are displayed.
- A. Use the Label dropdown to display business locations that have the selected label assigned to them
- B. Click the arrows in the column header to sort data by that column.
- C. Specify a Date Range
- D. Save Business Report as a PDF
- E. Download CSV
