What ways are there to request Feedback and Reviews?

REVU provides businesses with different ways to request feedback and reviews from customers. Requests can be sent directly to a customer via email or presented in-person using a web-based tablet. A business can also offer inbound channels that let customers give feedback online or via text at their convenience.

Email Requests

Email Requests are sent directly to a customer after goods are purchased or services are rendered and customer information, including an email address, has been provided. The customer is added to RevU by adding a single customer, importing a list, or automatically via an integration. Then, an Email Request can be sent manually or automatically to a customer.

The content of the Email Request varies based on the Request Mode selected and can be customized to capture a Net Promoter Score®, survey questions, 1st-party reviews, and/or 3rd-party reviews to meet your business objectives.

Kiosk Mode

Kiosk Mode is an on-site tool used to request 1st-party reviews and contact information from a customer in-person, using a web-enabled device. When a customer completes the request, a follow-up email can be sent to request a 3rd-party review.

Kiosk Mode requests a Net Promoter Score® and contact information including First Name, Last Name, and Email Address. Customizations include additional survey questions, an option for written feedback, and a positive or negative landing page based on customer sentiment.

Feedback Locator

Feedback Locator can be placed on a page of a business website to allow customers to select the location they want to lead feedback for. Once a location is selected, the customer can complete the selected Request Mode for that location.

Capture customer information including First Name, Last Name, and Phone Number and request a Net Promoter Score®, optional survey questions, 1st-party reviews and/or 3rd-party reviews using Feedback Locator.

Feedback URL

The Feedback URL can be posted to social media or added to website pages, email signatures, invoices, and QR codes for printed media. With a simple click, customers enter the selected Request Mode for a location. Capture contact information for unknown customers and gather Net Promoter Score®, survey questions, 1st- and 3rd-party reviews for your business.

Review Widget

Use the Review Widget, displayed on a business website, to request feedback and reviews. The widget can display an optional feedback button to capture 1st-party reviews from visitors using the Request Mode selected for a location. You can also choose to display links to selected review sites to encourage visitors to leave a 3rd-party review.
