This post will show you how to edit a single customer of a selected Business in REVU.
1) Log into your REVU account
2) Click on the Business you would like to update the customer from.
3) Click on the Customers name.
4) You can edit the customers name and email. However, review and feedback content as well as the star rating cannot be edited to assure the integrity of REVU itself.

Optional: Adding Notes to a Customer Record
The ‘Edit Customer” screen also has a “Customer Notes” box allowing you to enter memo’s and other notes for the customer. This information is only visible to you and an “User” that may have access to the business. The text entered into the notes box will at no point become available to the public or become part of the review.
P.S Don’t forget to click the “Save” button after adding a note.
