You share the Feedback URL, request reviews face-to-face via the Mobile Review Generator Link (Kiosk) or add emails to the REVU Portal.
The people they know, your customers’, are the ones that know your service the best. They are the ones that will vocalise their experience but usually, only if you ask them to do so.
REVU will make this easy, but it’s really important you do ask or you won’t get the most from our service.
