Communication Method

Communication Method is used to control how requests are sent and can be set to send requests Automatically or Manually.

To change the Communication Method for a location follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your RevU account.
  2. If you have multiple locations, select the location that you would like to change the Communication Method for.
  3. In Customer Activity, under Request Mode, click the method listed and select Automatically or Manually from the dropdown.

4. If Automatically is selected, you must also select the daily limit of requests sent. This is done to help prevent being flagged as review spam by sites like Google or Facebook. Select a daily limit that closely matches the daily customer volume for the location. Contact us if you need a higher daily limit.
