RevU allows you to monitor 3rd-party online reviews sites for new reviews of your business. You can add to or delete sites monitored for reviews.

Add a Site To Monitor for Reviews
To add a site to monitor for reviews, follow these steps:
- Log in to your RevU account.
- If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to add a site to monitor for from the Business Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Online Review Links.
- To add a site to monitor, click the drop-down. Sites available to monitor and request reviews to are listed. Find and click the site you wish to monitor and click Add additional profiles.
5. Scroll to the additional profile and enter the URL of your business location’s page on the 3rd-party online review site. To do so, visit the page, copy the URL, and paste it into the box. Click Save. If the URL is valid, a green checkmark will appear.
Be sure to check the box Monitor online reviews on this profile URL.
6. Reviews of your business available via monitored 3rd-party sites are displayed in Customer Activity, the Performance Report, Reviews Report, and Success Report.
Delete a Site Monitored for Reviews
To delete a site monitored for reviews, follow these steps:
- Log in to your RevU account.
- If you have multiple locations, select the location you would like to delete a monitored site for from the Business Dashboard.
- Go to Settings > Online Review Links.
- Scroll to the site profile you wish to delete.
If you want to continue to ask for reviews on this profile URL but no longer monitor reviews, uncheck Monitor online reviews on this profile URL only.
To delete a site monitored for reviews, click Delete.
