As soon as you receive your Welcome Email you can start sharing your Feedback Link via email, text message, social media (Facebook, WhatsApp, Twitter etc.)
With the Standard package you can also save your Mobile Review Generator Link to your mobile device or have their staff save it to their devices and start generating feedback face to face with their customers.
Also you will receive a separate email with your login details so that you can login and access your reports, edit the automated emails and manage and respond to your reviews. Your can also add new customers and send requests for new reviews.
If you are able to provide admin access to your Web Hosting/ WordPress account we will then add the Conversion PopUp and Review Widget codes to your website at no extra charge. If you don’t want to provide these details you can add them yourself or request your web developer to add them for you.
