Displaying or Hiding Customer Feedback on a Website

This post will demonstrate how to display or hide a selected RevU customer feedback on the business’ website.

Prerequisite: Before you can publicly display customer feedback, you will need to embed the Testimonials Widget on the business’ website.

1. Log into your RevU account

2. From the Business Dashboard click on the Business you would like to manage. Note: If you don’t see a Business Dashboard, you only have a single location and can skip to step three.

3. On the Customer Dashboard slide the Show on Website toggle to Yes or No.

Toggling to Yes will display the feedback content and rating on your website. Toggling to No will hide the feedback content and rating from your website.

Pro-Tip: You can auto-approve positive feedback to show on your Website by configuring your Review Widget settings and turning on “Auto display of 1st-party reviews:”. For more details, please see: Review Widget


Optional: If you would like to completely delete the customer’s feedback, check the box next to the customers name and click the “delete customer” button on the Customer Dashboard.
