How can I see if emails have been sent?

This post shows you how to check if your feedback request emails have been sent using  RevU.

1) Log into your RevU account

2) Click on the Business you would like to check on.

3) Click the “Advanced Search” button to reveal all options.

When do my emails get send?

In Automatic mode RevU will send emails at the next available “cron task” slot after they have been uploaded and processed.

The cron runs at the following times:  4am, 7am, 2pm, 6pm and 10pm (PST timezone)

Example: If you upload a list of customers at 4pm in the afternoon the emails will be send at 6pm. If a list of customers gets uploaded at 1am at night, the emails will go out at 4am in the morning.
