Set the Number of Feedback Requests Sent Daily

If your account is set to automatically send email requests you can set the number of feedback requests sent daily.

To set the number of feedback requests sent daily follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your RevU account.
  2. If you have multiple locations, select the location that you would like to set the number of feedback requests sent daily for from the Business Dashboard.
  3. In Customer Activity, click the sent method found under Request Mode and select Automatically.

4. Next, select or adjust the daily limit for requests sent.

If the number of customers added in a single day exceeds the set number of requests sent daily, RevU will keep track and continue to send the set number of requests daily until all requests have been sent.

ALERT

To prevent being flagged as review spam, by sites like Google or Facebook, select a daily limit that closely matches the daily customer volume for the location.
